Our laser device is the Cutera Excel V. It is a versatile laser device that can be used to perform a variety of cosmetic treatments.

Vascular treatments such as rosacea, diffuse redness, facial veins, leg veins, periorbital veins, angiomas, port wine stains, venous malformations and bruising
Benign pigmented lesions and age spots
Tone and texture correction for poikiloderma, fine lines and wrinkles
Botox®️
Botox®️ Neuromodulators such as Botox are an effective and safe way to treat wrinkles created by facial movement such as the forehead wrinkles, glabellar frown lines, and crows feet. Neuromodulators can also treat lip wrinkles, downturning of the corners of the mouth, sagging of the jawline, banding on the neck, bunny lines on the nose, gummy smile, and bulging of the lower eyelid. Neuromodulators are a safe, effective treatment with no downtime and quick results. Neuromodulators work by preventing muscles from moving. Many people are concerned about a frozen face but for almost everyone, the results look smooth and natural with no obvious signs that work has been done. The results generally last 3-4 months, although the effect may start to slowly wear off as early as 2 months. Some people may be happy with their results for up to 6 months although full movement will be visible. We currently offer Botox, Xeomen, and Dysport.

Chemical Peels
Chemical peels can be used to treat acne scars, uneven pigmentation, rough skin, wrinkles, fine lines, and sun spots/damage leaving the skin looking smoother, tighter, and move even in tone and color. A great candidate has dull skin with small wrinkles and many brown sun spots.
For best results we use trichloracetic acid (TCA) 30%. The peel removes the outermost layer of the skin and gets deep enough to stimulate collagen production. More superficial peels are unlikely to have meaningful or long lasting results but may still be appropriate in certain situations. The TCA 30% will burn for about 5-10 minutes and lead to large sheets of peeling for about 7-10 days. This has been a popular treatment with very high patient satisfaction.
Microneedling
Microneedling is a minimally invasive facial treatment that stimulates collagen and elastin production that results in tighter skin and improvement in wrinkles. It can also help with acne scars, skin texture, and melasma.
We currently use the SkinPen that uses many small needles to make small punctures in the skin. Multiple treatments are generally needed for desired results and maintenance treatments are also recommended. Patients may return to activities the next day. Redness is the most common side effect and may last for a few days. Dryness, stinging, and tingling are also reported.
